Store Managers help their store as if it belongs to them - from managing daily operations to taking responsibility for financial results. This is not a back-room management position but focuses on the front line connecting with customers and partners (your team).

DUTIES
As a Store Manager, you’ll join a growing organization where no two days are the same! You’ll lead from the front, setting an example in a dynamic store. A typical day could include:
* Executing store operations through your team, on your scheduled shifts and your days off, ensuring coverage during opening, closing, and weekends
* Analyzing data and using observations to inform decisions that improve customer experience and store performance
* Using forecasting and scheduling tools to manage labor within budgets and recruiting diverse, talented partners
* Implementing new initiatives to enable operational excellence and drive results
* Supporting your partners’ growth through coaching, development, and building positive relationships
* Setting challenging yet realistic goals to enhance engagement and partner performance
