Duties of Vehicle Service Administrator role includes:
1. Booking customers vehicles in for Service, MOT, repairs
2. Advising customers on any work required, including costs
3. Arranging collection of vehicles
The Vehicle Service Administrator is responsible for the front of house service to customers of the Service Centre and it is important that the experience provided is always of the highest level of customer service.
