About the role
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, the Customer Service Representative role is key to the success of the business. Our Customer Experience team forms an integral part of our strategy and our commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.
This role is based in Lidcombe, with onsite parking available.
Full-time schedule: The customer service department operates Monday - Friday from 6am to 6pm, and Saturday – Sunday from 6am to 4pm.
The list below is not exhaustive, and duties/responsibilities may vary to meet the overall objectives of the company.
* Manage inbound and outbound contact with customers using our ticket management software and cloud-based telephony.
* Communicate any short deliveries, including reasons and substitutes.
* Notify customers of out-of-stocks, late deliveries, late order submissions, and out-of-schedule orders.
* Challenge processes and procedures, identify, and implement improvements to enhance the customer experience or improve operational efficiency.
* Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Communicate all information clearly and in a timely manner.
* Manage and resolve escalated customer issues and provide solutions.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of the centre by analysing and challenging processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
* Be a role model and build a culture of customer experience excellence.
* Location is convenient with onsite parking and a short 12-minute walk to Sydney Olympic Park Station.

* Contact Centre experience is highly regarded.
* Experience with ticket management, CRM, or ERP software.
