Additional Benefits: Paid travel time up to £6,000 per annum, Opportunities for overtime Flexible Benefits Summary NG Bailey Facilities Services are recruiting for an experienced Mobile Electrical Installer/Tester on the prestigious SETL - South East Trains Limited contract This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified and motivated individual to work on a variety of railway stations and building across the South East Trains estate. The successful candidate will require a UK Driving License as a company van is provided. You will also be required to pass a medical and course to obtain a PTS (Personal Track Safety) sentinel card to be able to work near the tracks if you don't already have one. This is a condition of employment. Some of the key deliverables in this role will include: * Conduct comprehensive Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) in commercial and industrial environments * Inspect and test electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, switchgear, and control equipment * Identify and document defects, non-compliances, and potential safety hazards * Provide clear and concise reports detailing the condition of electrical installations, including recommendations for remedial actions * Ensure all inspections are carried out in accordance with relevant standards and regulations, including BS 7671 and IET Wiring Regulations * Undertake various installation tasks such as consumer units, emergency lighting, rewires, and electrical remedial works * Communicate effectively with clients to explain findings, answer questions, and provide technical advice * Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to maintain and enhance technical skills * Manage your time effectively and meet deadlines Working hours: Working hours are 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday What we’re looking for: Electrical Installer/Tester working to a high standard of building services provision with the utmost regard for customer service.
