About The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide professional, high-level support to our Vice Principal Support & Performance and Vice Principal Curriculum. This is a pivotal role that ensures the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day operations, enabling senior leaders to focus on strategic priorities.
The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organisational skills, sound judgement, and the ability to manage competing demands with confidence and discretion. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, anticipating needs, and taking initiative to keep priorities on track.
Beyond outstanding logistical and administrative support, this role calls for intellectual curiosity and the confidence to contribute at a strategic level. You will occasionally interpret data, draw out meaningful insights, and present clear, well-considered recommendations to support informed and effective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide proactive diary management, prioritising appointments and ensuring effective use of Executive Leaders’ time.
* Act as the first point of contact, dealing with enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
* Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefings as required.
* Coordinate and support meetings, including producing agendas, papers, and accurate minutes.
* Monitor and manage incoming communications (email, phone, correspondence), responding where appropriate.
* Undertake research, compile information, and prepare background papers to support decision-making.
* Track actions and deadlines, ensuring follow-up is completed promptly.
* Support project management activity, including monitoring progress and providing updates.
* Develop and maintain effective filing, information, and data management systems.
* Interpret data and information, presenting clear summaries and recommendations where appropriate.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring positive and professional communication.
* Build strong working relationships across the organisation to facilitate collaborative working.
* Represent Executive Leaders when required, ensuring professionalism at all times.
* Anticipate needs and demonstrate initiative in problem-solving.
* Suggest and implement improvements to systems, processes, and working practices.
* Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Qualifications & Training
* Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification equivalent in Business Administration, Management, or related field

* Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
* Proactive, self-motivated, and able to anticipate needs
