Bank Residential Team Leader - £16.60 per hour
Location: Wellesley Road, Camden.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate care for residents in a residential setting.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ensure residents’ needs and progress are communicated to the line manager.
- Follow guidelines and policies, and write up care plans.
- Adjust shift arrangements as needed (day/night shifts).
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with older people in residential care.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Completed or working towards QCF Level 3 (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care.
- Flexible, patient, caring, organised, and a good team player.

Working Hours: Bank (zero hour contract). Day and night shifts available (07:45‑20:15 and 20:00‑08:00).
