We are partnering with a reputable and successful firm of accountants, business services and tax experts to recruit within their busy Private Client team for a Senior Manager. This firm prides itself on the exceptional work they provide for their loyal client base and, as such, given the large referral network of IFAs and Solicitors they have developed, is expanding the Trusts and Estates team.
Your new role
The Trusts and Estes team has been gradually expanding and, due to a number of recent promotions and looking at future succession planning, are now looking for an experienced Senior Manager to join the team.
There is a great deal of expertise already in the team, including three STEP-qualified advisors. We're now looking for someone who is confident in IHT planning, estate planning, and tax planning advisory, who can also review trust accounts and tax returns.
Under the guidance of a very experienced and well-known Director of Trusts and Estates, the team have developed an excellent referral network of IFAs and Solicitors. They have become renowned for being able to handle complex work which other firms can't deliver on. It also means there is no need for this person to lead any business development, but the opportunity is always there.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, you will be an experienced Private Client Manager/Senior Manager, or experienced in Personal Tax with good knowledge of IHT planning and reviewing Trust accounts. The firm prides itself on its ability to provide honest and trustworthy advice in a simple way with a human touch.
Someone CTA qualified would also be an advantage.
