HR Coordinator
We are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator working within a small, dedicated HR and Payroll Department to assist our management teams, lead recruitment and discipline, and oversee employee communications.
Human Resources Job Duties
* Providing HR advice and supporting leads on a range of issues, including but not limited to:
* Probation Reviews
* Investigation & Disciplinary
* Grievance
* Long Term Sickness
* Performance Capability
* Wellbeing Meetings
* Change Management
* Building strong relationships with all leads
* Clinical Recruitment
* Certificate of Sponsorships
* Work with line managers to ensure that absences are maintained within acceptable limits utilising the occupational health team where appropriate.
* Stay current with changes in Employment Law regulations and adjust policies and procedures accordingly
* Onboarding and orientation of new staff to ensure high retention rate
* Preparing and submitting reports with employee data to make sure that all staff members meet requirements
* Updating and maintaining employee records
* Verifying information from new and potential employees and ensuring CQC regulations regarding the employment of staff is adhered to
* Preparing correspondence for disciplinary action, grievances or other employee issues
* Keeping confidential personal information about employees
* Working with Sage and Planday systems - Training can be given
* Work within the front office team, assisting in the coordination of work tasks and outputs that support the team's wider workplan and organisational priorities
Skills and Qualification
* Level 3 CIPD - Annual membership paid by employer
* Time Management
* Ability to work within a team
* Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask
* Discreet and professional with a strong sense of confidentiality
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and HR systems
* A proactive and friendly team player, willing to support where needed
