Requirements
Must have:
- Experience supporting users in a business or systems environment - Strong communication and presentation skills - Confident delivering training to both technical and non-technical users - Professional, client-facing approach - Strong understanding of business processes - Ability to prioritise effectively in a busy service environment - High attention to detail and proactive mindset - Full UK driving licence and access to your own car for business travel across East Anglia - Systems or application training delivery experience (desirable) - Experience within a legal or professional services environment (desirable)
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver effective blended learning solutions for all in-house systems - Maintain training materials and resources - Manage the Business Solutions Training Hub - Advertise and coordinate training sessions - Deliver both group and 1-to-1 training tailored to user needs - Provide second-line business systems support - Collaborate with the IT Helpdesk supplier - Support users face-to-face when required - Contribute to firm-wide projects, supporting system rollouts and change initiatives - Drive ongoing improvements in how systems are used and understood
