This role will appeal to qualified Accounting Technicians (ATI/IATI) or part-qualified accountants currently working towards full qualification and keen to deepen their technical experience within a supportive, professional finance team. This is an office-based position, offering onsite car parking, a warm and experienced team environment, and genuine scope for training, development, and progression as the business continues to grow across the UK and Ireland. The Role Working as part of an established finance function, you will support day-to-day accounting activities while gaining exposure to management accounts, reconciliations, and statutory processes across multiple entities. This is a hands-on role with excellent learning opportunities for someone looking to strengthen their accounting foundations and progress their career. Key Responsibilities Perform regular bank reconciliations across UK and Irish entities Maintain customer and supplier ledgers Support daily finance operations and transactional accounting tasks Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts, including: Profit & Loss analysis Balance sheet reconciliations Prepare VAT returns for review Maintain and update fixed asset registers The Person Accounting Technician (ATI/IATI), part-qualified accountant, or qualified by experience Proven experience in accounts preparation and core bookkeeping principles Strong attention to detail and accuracy Confident working with Excel (essentials) and accounting systems (Sage experience desirable) Comfortable working in a structured, office-based finance environment Eager to learn, develop, and progress within a growing organisation Why This Role?
