This new post will support the Camila Customer Workstream lead in ensuring: Camila delivery standards are attained and maintained. The Camila teams performance is visible at all times. The Camila teams capacity is monitored and visible at all times. This new post will support the PMA. Main Responsibilities Main Responsibilities for Project Support Officer: Taking direction from the Camila Customer Workstream lead, the post will ensure that: Organising / minuting meetings, distributing documents etc. Control of the Camila registers. Control of the Portfolio performance report. Control of the Change control register at portfolio level. (Entire Projects imported or exported). Control / policing of the of the Camila Project filing shared area. Ideal Candidate Essential Criteria for Project Support Officer: Experience of working in a project delivery environment. Some knowledge of Document Control systems, processes and methodologies. General IT skills and ability to use Microsoft Office tools & systems. Ability to obtain SC level security clearance (this includes but is not limited to identity, employment, financial and criminal record checks plus 5 years' worth of UK residency). Desirable Criteria for Project Support Officer: Experience of working alongside Project Managers, Project Controls, EHSS&Q and other key functions.
