Purchase Ledger Clerk | Runcorn | up to £28,000 DOE
Forrest Recruitment LTD are currently working in partnership with a leading organisation, based in the Runcorn area who are seeking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a well-established team.
Duties of the role:
Purchase Ledger responsible for the day-to-day processing of purchase invoices (high volumes)
Creating purchase Orders on to Sage50
Bank reconciliations.
Raising manual invoices
Processing recurring invoices and collections
Credit Control requesting payments from creditor accounts.
Processing employee expenses
Supporting with the production of management accounts and year end reporting
Assisting the Finance Manager with ad-hoc admin tasks
Skills required:
Successful candidate must possess excellent IT skills & be confident using Excel
Ability to multitask and work in a busy environment.
Ability to take initiative and practical approach to problem solving
