The UK Sales Manager will be responsible for the UK revenue, working closely with key TMC’s and consortiums with the UK and Ireland travel industry.

Maintaining revenue with these key partners is key, whilst looking at business development opportunities is key as well as provide market updates and knowledge to the dedicated Europcar Regional Sales Manager via monthly calls.

Responsible for the UK & IE sales plan, directed by the customer.

Qualifications:

* Create and execute a clear sales plan working closely with client to ensure alignment on overarching goals
* Identify new business within the UK and Irish markets for TA, TMC and TO business as well as any Partnership opportunities.
* Manage the Marketing fund as allocated by Europcar to maximise sales.
* Ability to accurately provide relevant data as well as having an insight as to what the numbers mean
* Work closely with Europcar contacts both at Head Office and UK levels to fully understand their policies, procedures and methods of working to be able to help other DTW markets solve problems as they arise.
* Attend regular calls between DTW markets and their relevant Europcar Regional Sales Manager where required.
* Monthly call with UK credit control team to ensure any financial issues and discussed and actioned as required.
* Maintaining and updating the DTW/Europcar database
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* CRM skills, preferably Salesforce
* Ability to work and thrive in a multi-tasked, fast paced environment
* Team player who is willing to share ideas, bring a positive attitude and can be flexible when needed.

Deliver excellent service to Europcar in terms of reporting, analysing and discussing potential new markets by way of regular calls, meetings and updates.

Deliver excellent service to DTW offices in terms of reporting, analysing and discussing potential new markets by way of regular calls, meetings and updates.

Provide regular reports for customers as well as DTW management on activity

Ensure regular communication with the UK & Irish travel markets to promote the Europcar offerings and promotions.

Internally working closely alongside other account managers, sharing best practice where appropriate.
