Senior Support Worker
Salary: £13.39per hour (£26,110.50 per annum)
Working Hours: 37.5 hours
Service: Integra – Riversdale
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Support Worker to join our team at Integra Riversdale
Riversdale is a residential care home for 10 individuals with a mental health diagnosis, we have two houses Riversdale House and the Coach House, which are separated by gardens.
The Coach House provides support for those who are almost ready for move on into their own properties, this comprises of 4 bedrooms, 3 communal bathroom/shower rooms, a large communal lounge, dining room and kitchen.
Riversdale House has 5 ensuite bedrooms and 1 self-contained flat; it is a care home that provides rehabilitation support for male adults wanting to live independently within the community.

The Senior Support Worker Role
As a Senior Support Worker your role will be to assist in the senior management to assess peoples support needs and work with people we support to initiate and develop new ideas and methods regarding the quality of service.
The most important qualities needed are the ability to treat others with respect, listen to their needs and understand their emotions. Be Kind, friendly and honest.
The Ideal Candidate
Supporting adults with learning disabilities.
Have a minimum of a Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care or working towards this.
Able to motivate and manage a team.
Full UK Driving Licence
