The Company has ambitious growth plans and would like to appoint a Warehouse Managerwhich will be a key leadership role in the business and growth plans going forward. Duties & Responsibilities: Manage 9-10 warehouse employees Ensure the warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently Make sure hiring, efficiency, motivation, and discipline are in line with company standards and company's Code of Conduct Help out supervisors and staff when needed Keep the warehouse safe and clean Update and monitor stock levels and oversee cycle counts Use the ERP system Intact for appropriate stock management Ensure that capacity planning is carried out to facilitate demand Monitor picking and packing and identify areas for improvements in the processes and people Keep all data accurate and up-to-date Always maintain a business improvement mindset Plan, implement and complete warehouse projects as discussed with MD/GM Person Specification: Strong leadership and management capability Excellent Communication skills are a must for this role Motivated and proactive attitude Great systems knowledge, a love for processes and strong implementation practices Problem solver and critical thinker Strong work ethic with a curious mind Ability to multi task within a fast paced environment Excellent time management skills Good IT skills, especially Excel Skills: Warehouse Management ERP Stock Management Benefits: early Friday finish career progression company pension paid holidays
