We’re now looking for an experienced and hands-on FP&A Implementation Lead to guide the rollout of our new financial planning & analysis software across the entire UK business. What you’ll be doing
4. You’ll lead all financial workstreams of the FP&A system implementation, ensuring a smooth and effective transition from existing planning processes. Working closely with finance colleagues, senior stakeholders and project partners, you’ll help shape how we plan and forecast for years to come.
5. Implementation is already underway, so we’re looking for someone who can step in, pick things up quickly and make an immediate impact.

What you’ll be responsible for
11. Leading the financial elements of our FP&A system implementation
12. Engaging with finance teams to gather requirements and ensure a smooth transition of existing processes
13. Defining statements of work and managing project timelines
14. Overseeing system configuration and supporting user acceptance testing
15. Working alongside the Project Manager to ensure an aligned and coherent delivery
16. Reporting progress to leadership and flagging risks or issues early
What we’re looking for
17. A qualified finance professional (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong FP&A experience
18. Proven track record leading or supporting finance systems implementations
19. Sound knowledge of financial planning processes and accounting standards
20. Confident communicator, able to engage across teams and at all levels
21. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
22. Strong Excel skills essential; knowledge of Oracle and/or Vena would be an advantage
23. A proactive, can-do attitude—you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in
