Job responsibilities:
* Be an active contributor to the Customer Success team
* Serve as the primary contact for our first customer
* Develop a deep understanding of the client's business needs, technical requirements, and integration complexities
* Collaborate with the Client Engineering team to ensure smooth integration and provide technical guidance
* Identify and mitigate risks, escalate issues, and drive resolutions
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at the client organization
* Provide strategic insights to optimize product use and drive business value
* Work with internal teams (engineering, product, sales) for seamless communication and alignment
* Contribute to scalable processes, best practices, and operating models for onboarding and support
* Create feedback loops, manage communication channels, and facilitate cross-selling opportunities
* Manage product roadmap and address client needs proactively
* Support business reviews, memos, and leadership updates
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
* Experience in client-facing or technology-focused roles, combining business acumen and technical skills
* Strong understanding of SaaS products, APIs, and integrations
* Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
* Proven ability to build and maintain enterprise-level client relationships
* Experience in project management, process improvement, and operational excellence
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change
* Passion for fintech and innovation
