Lead on the resourcing, administration and safe day to day running of the team and project Produce accurate, timely and impactful reports. Liaise with colleagues, partner organisations and professional agencies to continuously improve and develop effective support for service users. Conduct regular risk assessments and take appropriate and timely actions to mitigate and manage the risks. Actively contribute to the development of the Wellbeing Service, including engagement with Extended Management Team meetings and collaborating to share knowledge and best practice. Keep up to date with the various services offered by Oxfordshire Mind, local mental health services and other providers to enable appropriate information and signposting. Oversee the project budget to ensure finances are managed responsibly Recruit and induct new members of staff. Provide leadership, guidance and support to staff making complex day-to-day decisions and encouraging a reflective approach to their work.
