Talentedge Exec is partnering with a hyper-growth SaaS scaleup on a newly created Finance Director role, working closely with an experienced CFOO (someone we have known and recruited for multiple times).
As Finance Director, you will oversee the daily finance operations, enabling the CFOO to focus more on Operations & GTM. You will also play a key role in preparing the company for an exit, which is currently in progress.
Key responsibilities include:
* Evolving the finance infrastructure to ensure scalable processes and controls
* Leading FP&A, commercial finance, and KPI tracking
* Managing pricing strategies and updates
* Partnering cross-functionally within the business
* Developing business cases for new services and geographic expansion
* Handling daily finance activities, including monthly Board reports, statutory reporting, tax, and transactional finance (AP/AR)
* Utilizing Xero and related tools to automate transactional finance
* Mentoring and developing an overseas finance team
Profile:
* ACA qualified accountant with a strong academic background
* Experience in high-growth tech scaleups, preferably later-stage VC or PE-backed
* Effective communicator, comfortable collaborating across teams
* Ambitious, driven, detail-oriented, and trustworthy
