What you’ll be doing Partnering with the Head of Business Process Excellence to shape the ERP and digital roadmap Creating and owning a cross-functional process roadmap aligned to business strategy Acting as the key link between business and technology, ensuring priorities are clear and delivered Leading process design, simplification, and continuous improvement initiatives Supporting transformation programmes by gathering requirements and driving best-practice solutions Managing and developing Business Process Analysts Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and a champion for change Driving governance, performance metrics, and process standardisation across the business What we’re looking for You don’t need to tick every box, but we’re keen to hear from people who: Have strong knowledge of logistics or business processes Think end-to-end and can connect systems, data, and operations Are comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments Can influence and build relationships across different teams and seniority levels Have experience (or strong interest) in ERP, digital transformation, or process improvement Bring energy, curiosity, and a drive to make things better Are confident challenging the status quo and introducing new ways of working What you’ll gain Exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making Experience shaping a major transformation programme Opportunity to lead, influence, and develop others A platform to grow your career within the business Is this for you?
