I'm currently working with a leading property consultancy that's expanding its rural estate management portfolio and looking to bring in a talented Chartered Surveyor into their growing Northamptonshire team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected firm known for its collaborative culture and diverse client base.
About the Role:
You'll be joining a team of experienced property professionals delivering a wide range of rural surveying services. This includes:
1. Estate and property portfolio management
2. Strategic advice to landowners and farmers
3. Valuations, agency, and rural grant applications
4. Landlord and tenant matters
5. Compensation and national framework contracts
You'll act as a trusted advisor to clients, manage your own portfolio, and work closely with internal specialists across planning, development, energy, and natural capital.
