The house works to a 3‑week rolling rota, typically covering a mix of early shifts from 2 pm to 10 pm, late shifts from 7 am to 3 pm and weekly sleep‑over shifts. Shifts may vary slightly depending on the needs of the young people, and additional payment is provided for sleep‑overs. January and February start dates are available.
