Park Avenue are working with a leading Housing Association to recruit a customer-focused Property Manager to manage Key Worker accommodation in Slough. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a central role in delivering high-quality housing services that support healthcare professionals.
About the Role
As the on-site lead, you'll be the main point of contact for residents, managing nominations, tenancy set-ups, ASB, repairs, compliance and estate standards. You'll oversee voids, handle complaints and ASB cases, carry out inspections, and work closely with NHS partners and contractors to ensure a safe, well-managed environment.
What We're Looking For
Experience in property or housing management
Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines
Knowledge of tenancy management, compliance and health & safety requirements
Experience managing repairs, inspections and resident issues
