The Client Our client is a top-tier FM contractor handling major public sector and MOD accounts. They offer a fast-paced but highly rewarding environment with excellent job security and clear progression paths. The Role We are looking for a proactive Scheduler to join the Helpdesk team. You will be the vital link between public sector clients and mobile engineering teams. You will be: Receiving inbound reactive maintenance requests and deploying mobile operatives. Tracking job progress on the CAFM system to ensure strict contract deadlines are met. Keeping clients, site managers, and tenants updated on ETA and repair statuses. Logging job sheets, compliance documents, and material costs accurately. Requirements Essential: Previous experience in a scheduling, helpdesk, or logistics planning role. Essential: Strong IT skills and ability to remain calm under pressure. Preferred: Experience using CAFM/scheduling software.
