Temporary Supplier Administrator – East Kilbride

We’re looking for a Supplier Administrator to join our team on a temporary ongoing basis in East Kilbride. This role offers flexibility, hybrid working (after an initial 2–3 weeks in the office), and the chance to be part of a business with a clear mission.
The Role – In a Nutshell:
You’ll support our Supplier & Sourcing Managers with day-to-day administration and supplier relations, playing a key role in helping us grow and deliver outstanding service to both our suppliers and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support Supplier & Sourcing Managers with supplier relations, helping to grow revenue and margin.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with supplier contacts, promoting the benefits of working with us.
3. Provide administrative support across the supplier & sourcing function.
4. Assist with onboarding new suppliers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
5. Manage and update the supplier portal, ensuring timely uploads and correct escalation.
6. Handle supplier queries via phone and email, ensuring issues are resolved quickly.
7. Collaborate with other teams including Technical, Supply Chain, Finance & Price Governance.
What We’re Looking For:
8. Strong MS Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
9. Confident working with multiple systems.
10. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
11. Detail-oriented, methodical, and solution-focused.
12. Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and work collaboratively across departments.
