Senior B2B Marketing Executive
Hybrid Working: Up to 3 days a week in the office.
Location: Manchester, Salford Quays
Contract: 12-month FTC
Salary: Up to £40,000 + fantastic benefits

You will work with the Intermediary Marketing Manager and the wider B2B marketing team, developing and delivering flagship initiatives for B2B intermediary consultants. These will focus on maintaining existing relationships, ensuring ease of business for intermediaries via a single online information destination, and driving the delivery of the intermediary training programme. There will be a significant focus on content development to produce engagement tools and video training modules.
How you’ll help us make health happen:
1. Drive development of engagement programmes for B2B intermediaries.
2. Communicate effectively, work proactively, and manage multiple stakeholders and projects.
3. Implement a new online destination for intermediaries to boost engagement and ease of business.
4. Write, review, and manage approval of scripts working with senior stakeholders.
5. Develop and maintain ongoing online training programmes for intermediary consultants.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across sales, product, service, and the wider UK marketing team, deputising for the Intermediary Marketing Manager as needed.
7. Manage media supplier relationships to amplify campaign launches and track performance.
8. Manage and deliver briefs to agencies and studio teams that are on-brand and bring to life the ‘Bupa. Better For Business’, ‘Only From Bupa’, and ‘blua’ brand creatives.
9. Act as the voice of the customer to ensure all communications are clear, fair, and not misleading.
10. Ensure all activities meet legal, compliance, and brand guidelines.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in email marketing and marketing communications is essential.
* Experience in developing websites and/or training programmes is highly desirable.
* Strong verbal, presentation, and communication skills.
* Creative flair combined with commercial acumen.
* Experience managing projects and being a self-starter.
* Solid numerical and analytical skills.
* Previous experience with a B2B customer focus.
