Join our dynamic HR team as anHR Assistantand play a vital role in supporting the employee journey from start to finish.What you'll be doingAs an HR Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for incoming HR queries via our automated ticketing system, ensuring accurate and timely responses in line with service-level agreements. You'll support all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including:Drafting new starter offers, and contracts, and processing payroll changesManaging internal moves, promotions, and flexible working requestsHandling parental leave administration and employee relations documentationConducting leaver processing, exit interviews, and reference requestsMaintaining accurate employee records and HR filesManaging HR systems for daily, weekly, and monthly tasksSupporting internal and external auditsRecommending process improvements and ensuring FCA complianceProviding ad hoc admin support to the wider HR teamYou'll also collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and Employee Relations to ensure consistent and effective service delivery.What we're looking forExperience working in an HR function or administrative environmentStrong track record in a fast-paced, high-volume admin roleExcellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesConfidence using HR systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independentlyWhy join us?We offer a supportive, inclusive work environment with opportunities to develop your HR skills and grow your career.
