The Role: Lead the strategic development of SEND provision across the school. Work closely with teachers, support staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure high-quality support for pupils. Coordinate and oversee EHCP processes, interventions, and individual support plans. Deliver staff training to promote best practice in inclusive teaching and learning.
