Join Our Team as an Environmental Neighbourhood Safety Warden
We have an exciting opportunity within our insert Stronger Communities initiative for an Environmental Neighbourhood Safety Warden.
Middlesbrough Council's Environmental Neighbourhood Safety Wardens are passionate about our town. They build confidence within our community, often checking on residents who are isolated, and make a significant difference to our community spirit. They work tirelessly with the police and other agencies to make Middlesbrough a cleaner and safer place to live and work.
Being an Environmental Neighbourhood Warden can be fun and extremely rewarding. If you have a passion for our town, want to take positive action against environmental crime, can develop great relationships, use initiative to solve problems, and display confidence in challenging situations, then this could be the opportunity for you!
If you would like to know more, please contact our Senior Environmental Warden, Jamie Wood, at jamie_wood@middlesbrough.gov.uk.
The working pattern for this role is Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. We are exploring how to extend our service to weekends.
Good luck!
