We are an independent, multi-award-winning business looking for an experienced, motivated and talented CDP to join our ever growing kitchen brigade. This is a 45 hour per week, full time, permanent position, with significant opportunities for progression.
We have a first floor, 2 AA Rosette, 80 cover restaurant with a 40 cover private function/banqueting room. Our A La Carte restaurant offers breakfast, lunch & dinner 7 days per week and a signature Sunday Roast. There is a bar at the heart of the restaurant. There is also a 50 cover ground floor café, Pizzeria & bar serving breakfast, lunch & dinner. We also offer customers a large outside seating area including a tepee with a dedicated pop up bar and kitchen offering street-food, draught beers, wine & cocktails. We also host large seasonal street-food & drink events
On 14th August 2025 we launched our 33 bedroom hotel which is booking up quickly
All dishes use ingredients from our on-site butchery, deli, artisan bakery & kitchen garden, with a strong emphasis on sourcing local fare, with fresh fish that is delivered daily. We produce our own RSPCA Pork and grass fed beef on site too
