North Lincolnshire Home First short stay is a registered Rehabilitation and Reablement service that provides time limited intervention and therapies to people within a 30 bed rehabilitation setting. We strive to deliver support that puts people at the centre of our services. Our aim is to ensure that a person can return home/appropriate place, feel confident and is safe to live as independently as possible.
Catering Assistant post holders assist the catering team in preparing meals as per the menus, Maintain clean and hygienic work areas that comply with health and safety and environmental safety standards. Prepare snack meals light meals/tea, sandwiches, toast.
The role offers a fantastic work life balance through a 18 hour per week contract. This operates on a rolling rota basis covering AM shifts 08:00 to 14:00, and afternoon shift 12:00 to 18:00. For those that would like more hours there is opportunity for working over time
As a Catering assistant you will be part of a fast paced and developing service that has opportunities for further development and progression throughout this service.
