They deal in Civil and Structural Engineering, Geo-Environmental works, development planning and land & Building Surveying.Their diverse portfolio includes multi-storey residential blocks, new housing schemes, schools and commercial developments ranging from small individual projects up to multi-million-pound schemes.The role:
* Support design of civil engineering schemes from initial concept to detailed design. This includes designs of roads, drainage, earthworks, and other infrastructure elements.
* Prepare calculations and reports
* Assist in managing technical aspects of a project
* Liasing with clients, contractors and other stakeholders
* Conduct site visits to monitor progress and conduct surveys to inform design
The perfect candidate will have between 1 to 5 years’ of engineering experience and will have worked for a consultancy developing relevant projects. Requirements:
* Relevant Degree or HND qualified (or equivalent)
* Knowledge of S38, S104, S185, and S98 Drainage Approvals
* Experience with some of the following: AutoCAD, Civil3D, MicroDrainage and PDS
* Knowledge of SuDS
* Willingness to learn
Benefits:
* Salary – £30,000 - £35,000 (Depending on experience)
