The role
Site Engineer – Offshore / Marine Civils
Location: Sizewell C, Suffolk
Rate: £375/day (Onshore) + Offshore uplift (1.5x)
Contract: Long-term
We’re looking for an experienced Site Engineer to support marine and offshore works on the flagship Sizewell C project. This role will include both onshore and offshore work, including time spent on a barge.
Responsibilities:
Oversee marine and coastal civils works
Support delivery of sea defences, outfalls and reinforced concrete structures
Ensure works are delivered to drawings, specifications and RAMS
Produce and maintain QA documentation including ITPs, permits, inspections and as-builts
Coordinate with marine contractors, subcontractors and site teams
Support temporary works and technical queries
Maintain high HSEQ standards across site
Requirements:
Proven Site Engineer experience on marine, offshore or heavy civils projects
Strong background in RC, groundworks and temporary works
Experience working in high-compliance or safety-critical environments
Strong setting out and QA knowledge
Good communication and proactive approach
