full training is provided.What Youll Be DoingAs a Metering Health Worker, youll be out in the field supporting customers and ensuring their smart meters are working properly. Your role will involve:Providing support to customers before and after smart meter installationsClearly explaining how their meters workReconnecting meters and replacing SIMs, modems, batteries and aerialsEncouraging energy-saving behavioursCarrying out site surveys and updating records using a tabletWhat Youll NeedStrong communication and customer service skillsSelf-motivated, organised and able to work independentlyComfortable using tools and working at heightFull UK driving licenceGood local area knowledgeNice to have (but not essential):Experience in smart metering or meter readingBasic electrical knowledgeWhats in It for You£27,000
