Duties of the Vehicle Technician:
* Conduct maintenance, servicing, and repairs on a range of vehicles including vans, light commercial vehicles, and cars
* Utilise technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve faults efficiently
* Follow manufacturer and health and safety guidelines meticulously
* Ensure all customer vehicles are returned to the road promptly and safely
* Deliver excellent customer service, maintaining professional standards at all times
* Maintain accurate documentation of work undertaken
* Use of a fully equipped, company-provided support vehicle for mobile repairs and servicing
Requirements:
* Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Vehicle Maintenance or City and Guilds equivalent
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Own set of tools
* Strong work ethic and attention to detail
* Ability to work effectively within a team environment
* Desire to develop skills and knowledge in automotive repair
* MOT license desirable but not essential
* Knowledge of health and safety protocols and compliance with industry standards
