Your new role
As apliance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the organisation meets its regulatory obligations and upholds strongernance standards. This includes developing and monitoringpliance policies, conducting risk assessments and audits, advising senior management on regulatory requirements, liaising with regulators and external stakeholders, delivering training to embed apliance culture, and preparing reports and documentation to evidencepliance activities.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you should have proven experience inpliance, risk, or regulatory roles, ideally within insurance. Strong knowledge of UK and international regulations is essential, along with excellent analytical andmunication skills. Professional qualifications such as ICA, ACAMS, or equivalent will be considered an advantage.
