We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Year 3 Class Teacher to join our vibrant and welcoming primary school in Accrington.
You will be working in a forward-thinking school with a strong leadership team, a collaborative staff culture, and well-behaved, enthusiastic pupils who love to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
* Assess and monitor pupils’ progress, providing constructive feedback and support
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community
* Participate fully in school life, including extra-curricular activities and events
We are looking for someone who:
* Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
* Has experience teaching in KS2 (Year 3 experience is desirable but not essential)
* Demonstrates excellent classroom management and organisational skills
* Is enthusiastic, reflective, and committed to continuous improvement
* Values teamwork and effective communication
