The Successful Applicant
* Proven experience as a legal secretary or personal assistant, preferably within private client or family law departments.
* Knowledge of Scottish private client law, including wills, executries, trusts, and powers of attorney.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal case management software.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Professional, client-focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
