Role: Operations Support Administrator (FTC)
Hours: 37.5 hours/week
Location: Bardon Hill Coalville

We're looking for an Operations Support Administrator who will help ensure the smooth and efficient running of site operations while supporting key business functions.

Role Responsibilities

1. Support stock control processes, including chemical ordering, stock takes, and inventory tracking
2. Assist in maintaining ISO quality documentation and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
3. Coordinate raw materials, including booking in/out and managing third-party storage requests
4. Provide administrative support across planning, customer services, and operational teams
5. Maintain health & safety standards on-site, supporting the H&S business partner where required

Required Qualifications

Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role:

6. Experience working in an office administration or similar role
7. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel
8. Working knowledge of SAGE or similar systems would be advantageous
9. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
10. Strong understanding of business operations with good commercial awareness
