Responsibilities
* Perform installations and repairs on heating, ventilation, and renewable technologies.
* Conduct detailed surveys, record safety‑critical data (flows, temperatures, settings) and identify non‑compliant issues.
* Maintain van stock to ensure high "First Time Fix" rates and coordinate with the office for parts procurement.
* Adhere to company complaint procedures, document any property damage via photos/reports, and act with a duty of care toward vulnerable tenants.
* Manage real‑time job updates, including timestamps for arrivals, job completions, and detailed return‑work notes.
Demonstrable success in a similar role is required, along with strong knowledge of renewable technologies and eco‑friendly installations.
Qualifications
* Solid foundation in all domestic hot water systems and ability to diagnose complex faults.
* G3 Unvented competency is essential.
* Proficiency in fault finding and expert use of a multi‑meter.
* Innovative troubleshooting approach and logical mindset.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently (lone working).
* Commitment to taking responsibility and learning from every challenge.
* Belief in unity and collaborative problem solving with customers.
