About The Role
This role involves working on a shift pattern of 3 shifts on, 3 shifts off, from 10am to 3pm.
As an Activities Co-ordinator at HC-One, kindness is at the heart of everything you do. You will be involved in planning and implementing activities that bring joy to our Residents, assisting with fundraising events, and encouraging social engagement based on Residents' hobbies. Your role will help create a warm and engaging environment in our care homes.
We are looking for someone with experience working with vulnerable individuals, preferably in developing activity programs. A positive attitude, strong planning and organisational skills, and the ability to communicate kindly and considerately are essential. Good IT skills and effective time management are also important.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognise signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, and know how to report concerns appropriately. All staff will receive safeguarding training relevant to their role.
