We're looking for a reliable Housekeeping & Compliance Assistant to join our fantastic team at Greta Gardens, a modern housing scheme in beautiful Keswick, Cumbria. This role is a quick walk from the town centre and bus station
This is a key role where you'll work as part of a small close-knit team responsible for keeping our residents safe and happy.
* Location: Greta Gardens, Keswick, Cumbria
* Hours: 21 hours per week, Part-Time
* Salary: £14,107 per year (Plus a great benefits package)
* Contract: Permanent
Cleaning & Housekeeping:
* You and your teammates will manage all the cleaning and housekeeping for the shared communal areas (hallways, lounges, etc.), ensuring the building is always clean and inviting.
Safety Support:
* You'll share the responsibility for simple, routine safety checks (like testing fire alarms and emergency lights) and promptly reporting any necessary repairs to the management team. Full training will be provided - Your main job is to be an extra pair of eyes and ears for the scheme.
Teamwork & Initiative:
* You'll be a great team player who can also work well independently, using your own initiative to get tasks done efficiently.
