Who you will be:
Have previous experience working as an Assistant Pub Manager within a fast paced environment
Have flair, charisma, and charm with the ability to provide the highest levels of service to our customers.
Be immaculately presented, attentive and proactive with the ability to respond quickly to needs of the customer and pub management team
Have the right to work in the UK
Qualifications
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Knowledge of food and alcohol safety regulations and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Bartending or culinary experience is a plus
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
