Senior Estimator - are you a Senior Estimator looking to take your career overseas?
We are partnering with our client who is one of North America's major construction contractors ($3bn t/o) to appoint Senior Estimators and Managing Estimators to tender major design and build projects across Toronto and Ottawa.

The Package:
- Basic salary of $150K - $195K (£80K - £105K GBP)
- Company Car or Car Allowance ($7,200)
- Profit Related Company Bonus ($10K - $30K)
- Tax free relocation package ($10K - $20K)
- Pension scheme (6% matched)

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Review the project documents and analyse subcontractor requirements
- Produce take-offs and develop accurate estimates of D&B projects
- Determine project costs and provide input into project margins
- Identify risks and opportunities and project win strategies
- Assist in the development of post-tender submissions
Requirements:
- Experience tendering large scale projects valued at £25m+
- Experience using modern estimating software packages
- Experience working for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
- Willing and able to relocate to Canada
To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record working as a Senior Estimator / Managing Estimator on D&B projects (£25m+) for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contactor.
