Overview
An opportunity has arisen for a Streetworks Inspector to join a client in London. Your main duties include inspecting the work carried out by utility & highways contractors, reporting any issues on the highway and ensuring all works are compliant with the legislation. This is a full-time contract position. The rate on offer is £28 - £30 per hour + expenses, negotiable for the right candidate. Flexible working opportunities are available.
Responsibilities
* Carrying out NRSWA and streetworks inspections across the area.
* Reporting and recording any issues back to the office and issuing FPNs.
* Ensuring all works are compliant with the legislation.
* Monitoring the works and ensuring they are carried out to a high standard.
* Section 81 inspections and defect inspection.
* Customer complaints resolutions.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Previous experience in Highways and Streetworks is essential for this role.
