Role Responsibilities:
* Supervise whole classes during short-term teacher absences
* Ensure students remain on task and complete pre-set work
* Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school’s policies
* Provide support to departments and assist with administrative tasks when required
* Contribute to the wider school community
About You:
* Previous experience working with secondary-aged pupils is desirable
* Confident in managing classroom behaviour and engaging students
* Adaptable, proactive, and able to use your initiative
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A genuine interest in supporting young people’s learning and development
