This role can be based from our Milton Keynes or London office.
About You!
What You’ll Do:
* Lead the full 360° recruitment cycle, from business development to placing top talent, you’ll own it end-to-end.
* Win new clients, using strategic outreach, networking, and confident pitching to grow your book of business.
* Source exceptional tech talent, from Software Engineers to DevOps specialists, you’ll connect the best candidates with the right opportunities.
What You Bring:
* Proven recruitment experience, ideally within the tech world.
* A natural ability to build trust quickly and close deals with confidence.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* High energy, self-motivation, and a results-first mindset.
* An understanding of or strong interest in the tech industry and its talent market.
