The role
To enhance the usability, design, and functionality of the Freshservice ITSM portal, ensuring a more intuitive and efficient experience for end users, while improving overall service delivery and operational performance.
Contract Duration: 3 months (with potential for extension based on project requirements and performance)
Responsibilities
* Assess current Freshservice portal configuration and identify areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and user feedback.
* Customise the portal layout, branding, and navigation to align with company standards.
* Implement automation workflows and service catalogue enhancements.
* Optimise the self-service experience, including knowledge base integration and ticket submission flows.
Qualifications
* Proven experience with Freshservice.
* Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service management principles.
* Experience in portal design, UX/UI optimization, and workflow automation.
* Experience using automation platforms would be extremely beneficial.
* Ability to translate business needs into technical configurations.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
