What Youll Be Doing Develop and execute sales strategies to win new business. Prospect and engage with potential customers, generating quality leads. Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signing. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals. Track and report on sales activity, pipeline, and performance. What Were Looking For Essential: 2 years of B2B sales experience, in telecoms, IT, or managed services. Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong organisational, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to build long-term business relationships. Self-motivated and results-driven. Thrives working from home with a self-starter attitude, motivated, disciplined and confident managing their own time and workload. Experience of working with SME's in South Wales. Desirable: Knowledge of telecoms (broadband, VoIP, mobile). Experience selling IT support or security solutions. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting.
