Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and define candidate profiles. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including proactive outreach and pipeline development. Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and advise hiring teams on selection best practices. Ensure timely, clear, and engaging communication with candidates throughout the process. Qualifications / Skills needed Experience in talent acquisition within a matrix organisation. Track record of hiring across various functions, including Tech & Digital. Proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools (e.g. SAP, Oracle, LinkedIn Recruiter). Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing.
